Daniels & House Construction Co. was organized in 1958 by our founders, Carl Daniels and William House. Their combined talents incorporated over fifty years of construction experience throughout the California, having overseen projects ranging from residential (including Hearst Castle in San Simeon), to institutional, educational and military. We have continued to pursue varied and diversified types of projects to meet the needs of the community.
Our recent construction activities encompass retail centers, schools, churches, condominiums, hotels and resort facilities, banks and custom residential projects.
Now, as then we endeavor to provide a high quality project, which we can reflect upon with a sense of pride and achievement. Integrity is the keynote of our firm.
The Daniels & House approach to construction services provides a team structure focused on clear communications with our clients, architects and engineers. By providing senior level management to directly interface with and support our on-site supervision, we are able to act on any potential “issues” before they become problems. Our subcontractors are selected for their “match” to a specific project and for this reason continue to do business with Daniels & House thereby eliminating a “learning curve” on projects. This familiarity with our working methods, design ideas and quality control assures a final product that meets the client’s expectations.
In an effort to maintain consistency in our work, we employ the craftspeople who perform the concrete work, rough and finish carpentry activities. These skilled artisans have worked with Daniels & House Construction continuously for many years.
